4 1/2 c. macaroni, cooked and drained
1 1/8 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, diced
3/4 c. water
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp dry mustard
3 eggs, slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk, cheese, water, salt and mustard in pan. Cook on low until cheese is melted, stirring constantly. Add eggs. Fold the cooked macaroni in. Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole or loaf pan that has been greased. Bake in 350º over about 1 1/2 hours or until firm. Serve with "Creole Sauce."
