1 lb ground sausage
1 lb ground beef
16 ounces mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoons italian seasoning
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
1 -2 lb penne pasta
16 ounces Hunts tomato sauce

** ( I also use a mix of other spices and seasonings which include cumin, sage, parsley, basil, & a pinch of cayenne pepper; adding these spices will have your dish bursting with flavor!!!)

1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
2. Brown the ground beef & ground sausage together, season to taste as you like, until fully cooked. In a separate pot, boil water for noodles and cook until al dente.
3. Drain pasta and put back into the pot, add in the ground meats & sauce.
4. Add in the parmesan cheese and 3/4 of the mozzarella cheese and stir well to combine. Add in your seasonings at this time as well.
5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.
