1 ½ to 1 ¾ tubes saltine crackers, crumbled
1 pint fresh oysters and liquid (cut oysters in half)
1 pint half & half
½ stick butter
Salt, pepper & a sprinkle of nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
In 1 ½ to 2 quart casserole, layer three times – crackers, oysters, & butter. Add salt, pepper & nutmeg. Pour half & half over layers. Cover & refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 F until golden brown, about 45 min.
