4 tbsp EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
2 tbsp Butter
4 Large onions (1 inch cubes)
1 Head of garlic (minced)
6 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
4 tbsp Sugar
2 Bay leaves
2 tbsp Thyme
2 tbsp Parsley
1 tbsp Oregano
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in heavy pot. Stir occasionally. Keep covered. Cook until onions are tender about 15-20 minutes on medium. Uncover and cook on medium-high for 15 minutes until onions are golden brown. Let cool.
