1 1/2 cup margarine, softened
3 cups sugar
5 eggs
3 cups flour
1 tbls lemon extract
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup 7up
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Add flour and extracts, combine well. Fold in 7up. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake for 60-75 minutes @ 350º. Cool for 15 minutes - then invert onto serving plate.
