2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 cup milk

Meat of choice: dried beef, ham, bacon, sausage.

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan.
Add flour to make a thick roux.
Add milk and mix well.

Allow to thicken.
Add crumbled or chiffonade meat.
Add pepper to taste.

Serve over toast or biscuits.
