1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2/3 cup sugar
6 Tbsp cocoa
1/2 cup milk
2 Tbsp butter (melted)
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup pecans (chopped)
1 cup brown sugar (packed)
Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and 2 Tbsp cocoa. Add milk, butter and vanilla. Mix only until smooth. Add pecans. Put in greased shallow 1 qt baking dish. Mix brown sugar and 4 Tbsp cocoa. Sprinkle over mixture. Pour 1 1/2 cups boiling water over top. Bake 350º for 40 minutes.
