Directions:
In a large pot, put in your chicken and add water until half full or until it is covering the chicken. Add the bay leaf, all-spice, nutmeg, cinnamon stick, 1- tsp garlic, 1/2 onion and 1/2 chopped cilantro and the bouillon cubes. Bring the chicken to a boil, then lower to medium heat and cook it until the chicken is tender. Turn the heat on low and keep to a simmer, then set the chicken to the side in a casserole with a little broth. Now in the same pot of the broth add 2 to 4 cups of water on top of the leftover prepared chicken broth. Bring to a boil and add the lemon juice.

Next, add the frozen mloukhiya and cook it for 20 minutes on medium heat and stirring occasionally until dissolved and cooked. In a small pan, sauté 4 tsp butter, 3 tsp garlic and the fresh chopped cilantro and the dried coriander. Give it a nice color then add over the top of the cooking mloukhiya, mix and stir, then shut the stove off. In a small bowl add the vinegar, dash of salt and the diced onion for topping. Bring a soup dish and layer a few pieces of toasted pita bread in the bottom, then top with 1 large scoop of rice, then the mloukhiya, next, add chicken pieces and lastly, top off with 2 tbsp of onion and vinegar.
