1 lb. ground beef
1 onion (chopped)
3 celery stalks (chopped)
4 carrots (chopped)
1 can tomatoes (whole or diced)
8 pkg. beef Oxo
1 can tomato juice (small)
2 L water
1/2 cup rice
1 cup macaroni

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, and drain grease. Add onion, celery, carrots, tomatoes, Oxo, juice, and water. Simmer for about 1 hour. Add rice and simmer 10 minutes. Add macaroni and simmer another 10 minutes.
