1 (4-ounce) can dry mustard (11/4 cups)
1 cup cider vinegar
1 egg
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
11/2 cups salad dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Combine mustard and vinegar. Use a whisk to dissolve mustard in vinegar. Let stand at room temperature overnight.

In a saucepan or 2-quart microwave safe bowl beat egg. Add sugar, salt and mustard/vinegar mixture. (I always microwave)

Cook over medium heat or in the microwave oven on 100 percent power 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently until thickened.

Cool completely.

Add salad dressing. Mix well with whisk.

Store, covered, in the refrigerator.
