You'll need a muffin pan for 8

1 Can of Dole Pineapple Rings
1 Small jar of maraschino cherries
1 can of 8 Buttermilk biscuits
Dark brown sugar
1/2 Stick of butter
Pam cooking spray (Butter flavor)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º
melt together 1/2 c. of brown sugar w/ a 1/2 stick of butter. Spray muffin pan w/ Pam. Add your butter, sugar mixture to muffin cups. Drain pineapple rings, saving juice. Put one ring w/ cherry in the middle in each pan on top of sugar mix. Now put 1 biscuit on top of each pineapple. Drizzle or brush juice on top of each.

Bake 12 minutes. After 3 minutes invert to plate. Top with whipped cream.
