2 10-ounce packages frozen spinach
2 cans artichoke hearts
1/2 cup melted butter
1 8-ounce package cream cheese softened
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Ritz cracker crumbs
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cook spinach (microwave is fine) and drain well. (make sure to pat with paper towel) Add butter, cream cheese, lemon juice salt and pepper and stir. Half artichokes and place on the bottom of a buttered casserole. Spread spinach mixture over the top. Top with crumbled cracker crumbs and dot with butter. Bake for 30 minutes.
