½ cup Bisquick
4 eggs
15 oz. canned pumpkin
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 cups milk
¾ cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients.
Using blender or electric mixer on high, blend for 3 minutes.
Pour into greased and floured pie pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Cool and refrigerate.
