4 cups chopped green onions
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp grated peeled ginger root
2 tsp salt
2 tsp fresh ground allspice
1 tsp ground cinnamon
3 bay leaves
1/4 cup fresh thyme
1 tbsp fresh ground pepper
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp ground nutmeg
5 cloves garlic
1 -2 fresh scotch bonnet peppers or habanero halved and seeded

Place everything in a food processor and process until a thick paste forms, scraping the sides of the bowl as needed

Use over chicken, pork, beef any meat you want. Can also be added over eggs. Make enough and and simmer any meat you want in a large pot of the sauce.
