2c sugar
1c water
1/2t salt
1c light corn syrup
2c unroasted/raw Spanish peanuts
1t margarine
1/4t soda

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine sugar, corn syrup and water in heavy skillet. Slowly stirring until sugar dissolves. Boil until mixture forms soft balls in cold water. Test a few drops in a glass of cold water.
2. Add peanuts and salt.
3. Cook to hard stage.
4. Add butter and soda. Stir until mixture bubbles.
5. Pour into buttered pan. Let cool partially.
6. Lift edges with spatula while cooling.
