1/3 c. water
1 sm. bag frozen vegetables (carrots, peas, green beans and corn)
2 c. cabbage (heaping)
2/3 c. celery
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. peanut butter
1 lb. browned hamburger
2 to 3 green onions with tops
1 pkg. eggroll wrappers

Directions:
Directions:
Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil. Cook for 4 minutes. Add salt, sugar and peanut butter, mix together. Add browned hamburger and onions, mix together.
Lay 1 eggroll on flat surface. Moisten all edges of wrapper and put 1 Tbsp. of mix in each wrapper.
With the diamond shape, start rolling at the bottom. Once rolled to the middle, fold in both sides then continue rolling until rolled completely.

Fry in hot oil until they are browned or float on top.
