6 hard-boiled eggs
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 -2 tbsp. dill relish
1/8 tsp. salt

Directions:
Halve hard-boiled eggs lengthwise; remove yolks and mash with a fork. Stir in mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, and dill relish. Stuff egg whites with yolk mixture. Garnish with paprika or parsley, if desired.
