1T. butter
2 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. sliced green onions.
1/4 c. sliced ham(optional)
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. old cheddar cheese
1 c. mozzarella
1/4 c. Parmesan
4 medium croissants

Directions:
Directions:
Saute butter, mushrooms, green onions and ham.
Beat together 4 eggs and milk
Mix together the 3 cheeses.
Cut croissants in half- set on bottom of greased ovenproof dish.
Pour half of egg and milk mixture over croissants.
Layer mushrooms and cheese.
Cap with croissant top.
Pour rest of milk mixture over top.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Take out 1/2 hour before cooking.
Bake at 350ºF for 25-30 minutes.
