Cake:
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (14 oz.) crushed pineapple with juice
2 eggs
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. coconut, optional

Frosting:
1 stick margarine
8 oz. cream cheese (lite)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar (try 1 c.)

Directions:
Directions:
Stir the flour, sugar, soda, and salt together, add pineapple, eggs, and nuts. Mix until blended Pour into greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes.

Frosting: Blend oleo, cream cheese, vanilla. Add powdered sugar and beat well. While cake is hot, prick with fork. Spread frosting on right away. Cool, cut, and serve.
