1 env. onion soup mix
2 eggs well beaten
2/3 c. bread crumbs
4-8 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick (or however many you want)
1/2 - 1 stick of melted butter (the real stuff!)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine soup mix with bread crumbs in a plastic bag. Dip pork chops in egg, then the soup mixture, coating well. Place in a lightly greased, large shallow baking pan and drizzle with melted butter. Bake, turning once for 1 hour or until tender.

This is one of the recipes that Aunt Lisa gave me when I got married. You cannot mess it up! This is one of your Uncle Rusty's all time favorites. Serve it with lots of mashed potatoes, and you'll have a happy man for life!
