3/4 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1 small pkg. Jello (any flavor)
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix shortening, sugar and Jello together.
Add eggs and vanilla, mix together.
Add flour, baking soda and salt, mix well.

Roll dough into small balls setting them on a cookie sheet.

Press the bottom of a glass that has a pretty design on it into a small bowl of sugar so it sticks on the bottom of the glass.
Press the glass down on the cookie flattening it to about a 1/4 inch. Continue doing this with each cookie.

Bake at 400º for 6 - 8 minutes.
