1/3 cup sugar
4 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 lemon, juiced
1 orange, juiced
1 cup pineapple juice, unsweetened
2 eggs
6 ozs. whipped cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a double boiler, mix sugar, cornstarch and salt. Add juices. Cook over warm water for 20 minutes, stirring constantly. Beat eggs and slowly add to cooked mixture. (It's best to add a little cooked mixture to the eggs and blend well, then return to double boiler.) Cook, stirring, 5 minutes more. Cool and blend with cream cheese.

This is delicious on a fresh fruit salad made up of any combination of bananas, cantaloupe, honeydew, watermelon, grapes, cherries, strawberries, peaches, blueberries and apples. Dressing stores well in refrigerator for several weeks.
