2 cups Broccoli spears (fresh/frozen)
2 cups Carrots sliced

Sauce:
3 tbsp. butter melted
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 cup boiling water
1 chicken cube
1 cup milk
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Topping:
bread or cracker crumbs
grated cheese or Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Broccoli and carrots until barely tender. Arrange in pan.

Combine butter and flour. Dissolve chicken cube in water and add to butter/flour mixture. Slowly add in milk stirring to reduce lumps. Bring to light boil. Simmer until thickened. Remove from heat. Add cheddar cheese. Pour sauce over vegetables.Top with bread or cracker crumbs and cheese.

Bake 350º for 30 minutes.
