CRUST:
1 1/2 cups graham crackers crumbs
1/4 cup butter melted
2 Tbsp. brown sugar

FILLING:
4 (8oz.packages) cream cheese
1 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup sour cream
4 eggs
4 cup chopped peeled apples
3/4 cup pecans
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425º. Mix ingredients for crust and press into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 12 minutes. Cool. Turn down oven to 325º. Make filling: Mix cream cheese, 1 cup brown sugar, and vanilla. Add sour cream and mix well. Add eggs and mix until just blended. Pour over cooled crust. Mix remaining 1/2 cup brown sugar, apples, pecans, and cinnamon. Pour over filling. Bake 55 minutes until almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Let stand 30 minutes before serving.
