1/4-1/2 red onion
A handful of fresh cilantro (1/4-1/3 c.)
1 tbsp. cumin
1 can whole green chilies
pinch of salt
dash of lemon juice
**Optional Jalapeņos to taste

Add ingredients to a food processor or blender. Refrigerate at least 15 minutes before serving. Serve with chips.
