1 (19 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 small pkg. lime Jello
8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1 (250 ml) whipping cream
1 small jar pimento stuffed olives
cut in half

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple well. Heat pineapple juice until boiling. Add Jello; stir until dissolved. Cool. Spray ring mold with Pam. Place olives cut side down around the mold. Whip cream and add all remaining ingredients. Pour into mold without disturbing olives. Chill until firm - overnight is best. Unmold onto serving platter by dipping mold into warm water for a few seconds as needed.
