2 boil-in-bags Success rice
1 lb. smoked sausage cut in 2 in. pieces
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/2 c. sliced celery
1 can (16 oz.) tomatoes (do not drain)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Directions:
Prepare rice according to package; drain thoroughly and set aside. While rice is cooking, coat sides and bottom of 10" skillet with butter flavored cooking spray. Add sausage, onions, green pepper and celery to skillet; saute` until vegetables are tender. Add tomatoes, garlic powder, thyme and cayenne. Gently fold in rice. Makes 6-8 servings.
