1 pkg. white cake mix
1 pkg. Jello coconut cream pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. oil
1/3 c. dark rum (extract)
Frosting:
1 - 8 oz. c. pineapple juice
1 pkg. coconut cream pudding
1/3 c. rum
9 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake, pour into 9 inch pan. Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes. Don't underbake. Combine all three frosting ingredients and add a 9 oz. container of Cool Whip. Frost, sprinkle with 1 c. coconut. Good cake to make for a friend for a birthday.
