pita bread or corn tortillas
olive oil
sesame seeds or poppy seeds
chili powder or Parmesan cheese, grated
salt

Directions:
Directions:
For pita chips, split pitas in half. lightly brush pita halves or corn tortillas with olive oil. Sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds, if desired. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese OR chili powder. Sprinkle with salt. Arrange on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes (for pita chips) or 10-12 minutes (for corn tortilla chips). Bake until crisp but be careful not to over bake. It's better to under- than overbake.
