1 lb. round Steak
1 tsp. brown Sugar
3 tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 tsp. Soya/peanut oil
1 medium Onion, sliced
2 cloves Garlic, minced
4 stalks Celery, cut in slices
2 green Peppers, chopped into small squares
1 tbsp. Cornstarch
2 tbsp. Water

Cut meat into thin slices. Mix with brown sugar and soy sauce. Heat oil in frying pan. Add onion and garlic; cook until onion is golden. Add meat. Cover and cook 8 minutes. Add vegetables. Combine cornstarch (or vegetable thickening) with water; stir until smooth and add. Cover and cook 12 minutes longer. Serve immediately over brown rice.

Can be cooked in an electric skillet at 300º. Add additional water when you add meat.
