3 lbs chicken breast
1 8oz pkg cream cheese
2 T mayonnaise
¾ C chopped nuts
2 T sweet pickle juice
1 C finely chopped celery
Onion salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken and save broth. Remove meat from bone and chop finely.
Combine cream cheese and mayo beating well. Add pecans pickle juice, celery and salt until well blended.
Combine chicken with cream cheese mixture and mix until well blended.
Add ¼ to ½ cup broth to make spread desired consistency.
Garnishes: green & ripe olives, parsley, cherry tomatoes, twists of lemon

Note: When I make this, I use boneless breast and chop in food processor. I use more mayo and pickle relish. I combine the cream cheese and mayo in food processor and then add either dill slices or sweet pickle relish. I also add a lot more celery (more that 2 cups) and rarely use the nuts.
