3 mangos
pineapple juice or water with honey added
1 1/2 tsp. cardamom
pinch of nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Peel mangos & take off meat. Puree. Add pineapple juice or water with honey to make a sauce the desired consistency. Add cardamom and nutmeg and mix. Serve over chicken breasts or fish.

It's easy and adds a little zing to plain fish or chicken. I'm pretty sure I got this recipe from my brother, James.
