Boil together:
1/2 cup vinegar
2 cups sugar
3 1/2 cups water
1 stick cinnamon or more
Directions:
Directions:
Add apples and boil till apples are clear or shiny.
Syrup should cover apples in kettle.
Do not pre-cook apples.
Seal in jar hot.
