Crust:
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup flour
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar

Filling:
3 cups rhubarb
4 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 heaping tablespoons flour
1 cup heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Blend butter, flour and sugar and put in square pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350º. Mix filling. Pour over crust and bake 45 minutes. Make meringue from 4 egg whites. Stiffly beaten and then add 8 tablespoons sugar, 2 at a time. Bake till golden brown.
