1/2 to 3/4 pound boneless chicken-breast haves (about two)
1-2 bunch green onions (1 C. chopped)
5 tsp.. vegetable or peanut oil
1 16 oz package coleslaw mix (or 2 eight oz. bags or substitute broccoli slaw or shred 16 0z fresh cabbage)
3/4 cup fresh mushrooms (sliced)
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sherry or white wine
1/4 c. reduced sodium soy sauce
1/2 tsp. bottled minced garlic
2 tsp. sesame oil
8 (8inch) flour tortillas (wheat or white)
Hoisin sauce or plum sauce to taste

Cut the chicken through its width (the short way) into 1/4 strips. Slice the green onions, using all of the white and enough of the tender green to make 1 c. Heat oil in an extra-deep, 12 inch skillet over medium heat. Add onions,mushrooms and coleslaw mix-raise heat to medium high and begin to cook stirring frequently. Add thin sliced chicken and continue to stir and cook until chicken is no longer pink. 5-10minutes.

Mix cornstarch into the sherry in a small jar with a lid. shake well to combine,and set aside. When chicken s done, shake sherry mixture again and add to skillet along with soy sauce, garlic and sesame oil. Stir well, and cook until mixture thickens slightly, about 1-2 minutes. Remove skillet from heat.

Place tortillas between 2 paper towels and microwave,uncovered, until warmed through. To serve spread hoisin sauce to taste on each tortilla (1/2-1 tsp.) and spoon 1/2c.of the mixture in the middle. Roll up burrito style and serve.
