2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. adobo seasoning, powder
1 med. onion
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 can diced tomatoes
10-15 green Spanish pimento stuffed olives, sliced
2 (1/2 ounce) packets sazon goya
1 handful raisins (optional)
Cooked Jasmine Rice or Yellow Rice

Season beef with adobo powder. Brown beef and onion; drain off fat. Return beef and onion to hot skillet and add all remaining ingredients, except the rice. Simmer for 15 minutes.

Serve over cooked rice.

Our family's favorite is "Jasmine" rice! It's a little more expensive than white or yellow rice but well worth the $$. The flavor is incredible! Give it a try! You may just find it to be one of your favorites too!
