Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 1/2 lb. beef stew meat cut in 1/2 in. cubes
1/3 cup cornmeal (or all purpose flour)
1 tbsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. salt
4 garlic cloves, pressed
2 cups chopped onion
1 cup diced green bell pepper
2 tbsp. chopped chipotle chiles (optional)
3 cans (14 1/2 oz. each) diced tomatoes with green chiles (I find that 4 of the small cans of Rotel tomatoes with chiles works best)
1 can beef broth
1 tbsp. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
I just dice everything (the garlic goes in the electric food chopper since I don't have a press) and mix everything (including raw meat) in the crockpot. Leave on high for 4-6 hours and when it's done, you have a meal!
