2 cans gooseberries
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare pie crust for double crust pie from your favorite recipe and set aside. Mix all pie filling ingredients together. Pour into prepared uncooked pie crust. Top with second crust. Flute edges of pie crust. Cut opening in top crust to allow steam to escape. Bake at 450º for 10 minutes; reduce oven temp. to 350º and bake for an additional 40 minutes.
