2 packages frozen spinach
8 ounces cream cheese
8 Tbsp. butter, divided
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 c stuffing
Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain spinach. Stir in 4 Tbsp. butter and cream cheese, salt and pepper and mix throughout. Put into a buttered casserole.
Melt 4Tbsp. butter. Toss with stuffing. Sprinkle over spinach mix. Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Can be prepared ahead and reheated.
