1 1/2 cups wheat
8 oz cream cheese
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
2 tsp lemon juice
1 large tub Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Soak wheat overnight in cold water. Next day cook wheat for 5-6 hours. Simmer - do not boil. (works well in slow cooker). Drain and cool. Add cream cheese, vanilla pudding, pineapple and lemon juice; Mix with wheat. Just before serving add Cool Whip.
