1 1/2 oat bran
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup flaxseed, ground
1 cup wheat bran
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt;t
2 oranges, quartered and seeded
2/3 cup orange juice
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup oil
3/4 cup apple sauce
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2cup golden raisins

Preheat the oven to 375ºF. Line two 12-cup muffin pans with paper liners or coat the pans with nonstick spray. In a large bowl, combine the oat bran, flour, flaxseed, bran, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
In a blender or food processor, combine the oranges, brown sugar, buttermilk, oil, eggs, and baking soda. Blend well.
Pour the orange mixture into the dry ingredients. Mix until well blended. Stir in the raisins.
Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean. Cool in the pans for 5 minutes before removing to a cooling rack.
