1 large pkg. (8 oz. ) cream cheese
13-ounce jar marshmallow creme
1/2 teaspoon ginger
2 tablespoons grated orange rind
dash of nutmeg (optional)
Lemon juice
Apples (Gala)

Directions:
Cream together cream cheese, marshmallow creme, orange rind, and spices. Wash and core and sliced apples into wedges. Dip wedges in the lemon juice to prevent discoloration. Serve apple wedges with dip...
