1 tablespoon curry powder
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons honey
2/3 cup olive oil, divided
1 cup chopped onion
3 cloves of garlic, chopped or minced
8 duck breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Place curry powder, chili powder, black pepper, soy sauce, lime juice, honey and 1/3 cup olive oil in a jar; shake vigorously to blend. Saute onion and garlic in remaining olive oil; add to jar.
Cut up the duck breasts for skewering. Combine with marinade and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Soak skewers in water and then thread duck on them. Grill over hot coals with grill top down 3 to 4 minutes on each. Be careful not to overcook,
Heat remaining marinade and serve in gravy boat with skewers.

If desired, you can add a small amount of flour to the marinade when heating if you want sauce a little thicker.
