4 pork chops
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 (540ml) can diced tomatoes
1 can kernel corn, drained or 2 cups
frozen corn
1/2 c. rice, uncooked
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. red hot sause
1 79g can of French fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet sprayed with Pam, brown pork chops on both sides. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Set chops aside. In skillet, combine remaining ingredients except onions. Bring to boil. Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 can onions. Place mixture in 9x13 baking dish sprayed with Pam. Arrange pork chops on top. Cover and bake at 350ºF for 35 minutes. Uncover and top with remaining onions. Bake for 10 minutes longer.
