1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. melted butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. chopped tomato
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
Garlic salt, if desired
4 slices American cheese
1 and 1/4 c. okra, sliced thin

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and green peppers in butter. Stir in flour and salt. Mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese. Pour in greased casserole, top with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
