2 lbs fresh mushrooms, cleaned
3 tbsp. melted margarine
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 cup Herb-seasoned stuffing mix
3/4 cup finely chopped Italian sausage, (mild)
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. minced onion

Directions:
Directions:
Remove stems from mushrooms, leaving caps intact. Finely chop stems and sauté in margarine with the sausage and Worcestershire sauce. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Stuff each mushroom cap with mixture. Place in shallow greased pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 20-30 minutes. It is better to use medium/large to large mushrooms.
