1+1/2 lbs. flank steak (or any steak)
1/2 c. teriyaki sauce (I use Kikkoman)
1 onion cut in large chunks
2 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. honey
Freshly ground pepper to taste

Directions:

Slice beef into very thin strips.
Combine remaining ingredients and toss with meat; allow to marinate at least 30 minutes at room temperature or longer in refrigerator.
Stir-fry batches of entire mixture (including marinade) briefly in large skillet.
Serve over rice.
