20 graham crackers
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 2-lb. can blueberry pie filling
whipped cream or cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Crush 20 graham crackers. Mix thoroughly with melted butter and brown sugar and pat firmly into bottom of a 9x13" baking pan. In a bowl cream the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each. Mix in lemon juice. Pour over crumbs. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Cool thoroughly. Spoon blueberry pie filling over top. Chill overnight. Cut into squares and serve with whipped cream or cool whip on top.
