1 envelope Lipton 'Receipe Secrets' Onion Soup Mix
2 lbs ground beef
3/4 c. plain dry bread crumbs
2 eggs
3/4 c. water
1/3 c. ketchup

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In large bowl, combine all ingredients.

In 13 x 9 -inch baking or roasting pan, shape into loaf.

Bake 1 hour or until done. Let stand 10 minutes.

I don't have a large selection of meals that I make, but Edwin does like when I make this. I serve it with fresh cooked carrots and mashed potatoes. It's our comfort meal.
