2 pkg. (3 oz. each) ramen noodle soup mix
1 pkg. broccoli slaw
4 green onions
1/2 c. dry sunflower seeds
1/2 c. sliced almonds, toasted
1/2 c. oil
5 Tbsp vinegar
1 tsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, vinegar and sugar with seasoning packet from 1 of the soup mix packages. Discard remaining seasoning packet.

Break apart dry noodles; place in large bowl. Add slaw, green onions, sunflower seeds and almonds; mix lightly.

Add dressing mixture to the dry ingredients; toss to coat.

This recipe can be made ahead of time.
Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours.
TIP: I have noticed if you make this a whole day in advance that the noodles can end up soaking up ALL of the dressing so it almost seems not wet enough. I try to make it just in the beginning of the day to serve later on in the day and it ends up perfect.
